Recently restored, this apartment feature high ceilings, large windows, and traditional Portuguese tiles in the facade, called Azulejos. The apartment has been updated with a modern touch, incorporating sleek and minimalist design elements, such as the Lagom Dining Table and the Kyst Chair.
The Lagom Dining Table, with its simple and functional design, is the perfect addition to the open-plan living and dining area. The Kyst Chair, with its clean lines and natural wood finish, adds a touch of warmth and elegance to the space. The apartment is well-lit with natural light and has been designed to make the most of the beautiful views of the city.
The restoration has been done keeping in mind of the traditional elements of the building while incorporating modern amenities to make it comfortable for the residents. With its unique blend of old and new, this Pombaline apartment offers the perfect blend of tradition and modernity.

KYST means coast in Danish and it was created as a tribute to Portugal’s amazing south-west coast and its great geomorphological contrasts. Dynamic lines and contrasting colors represent Costa Vicentina's wild cliffs. At the same time Kyst chair features minimalist architectural lines and functionality, both ruled by the Nordic design.
This international symbiosis is characteristic of our motto at Længsel Design. This chair is designed with two wood colors and you can choose between two color sets.

This dining table was inspired by the New Nordic Movement that is bound by a set of principles that stress sustainability, locality and respect for the natural world. Lagom was created from two pure shapes that met in perfect balance.
The circular top is enriched by the materiality of the grain that is flowing on the surface. The base is a rhythmic sequence of vertical solids and voids, that express a feeling of lightness. This table also conceals extensive technical skill, essential for when the simple, stringent structure has to function in practice.
