This incredible restaurant was a great inspiration to LÆNGSEL.
We incorporated all our available services in this project in harmonious and symbiotic way: from architecture design to exclusive product design and customization of some our collection pieces.
Adapting to the singular needs of this Restaurant in order to maximize it´s unique space potential.

HYGGE is in the Danish DNA, a word for a quality of coziness. This piece embodies that warm, comfortable and safe feeling. Hygge sofa has an asymmetrical and eye catching design with clean and crisp lines. The wood contrasts give it a dynamic twist and enhance the shapes, an intrinsic part of Laegnsel´s idendity.
This sofa is very versatile with it´s multifunctional pillows and modular applications: by removing the back pillow and adding an extra pillow to the side table you can transform it into a guest bed; you can also add extra comfort combining Hygge sofa with our Eyja Ottoman and convert it into a chaise lounge sofa.

This dining table was inspired by the New Nordic Movement that is bound by a set of principles that stress sustainability, locality and respect for the natural world. Lagom was created from two pure shapes that met in perfect balance.
The circular top is enriched by the materiality of the grain that is flowing on the surface. The base is a rhythmic sequence of vertical solids and voids, that express a feeling of lightness. This table also conceals extensive technical skill, essential for when the simple, stringent structure has to function in practice.
Because it is made of strong and resistant sustainable plywood it was designed to have a long-lasting life. A functional and iconic table that makes a great addition to your dining room. We recommend you combine it our our Laengsel , Lyre and/or Kyst Dining Chairs.
